Returns Policy
We do not accept returns in most cases. Please contact us if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase and we'll do our best to remedy the situation.
Shipping
We are currently shipping to all 50 states. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We currently are looking into shipping outside of the U.S.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We will do our best to ship your product as quickly as possible. Typically, items ship the next day. On occasion, it takes longer--as we produce small batches to ensure freshness. When considering placing an order, please anticipate a weeks wait before shipping. We'd rather you be pleasantly surprised with it's early arrival than disappointed that it's taking longer than expected.
